Bitumen Emulsion We bring forth for our clients Bitumen Emulsion, wherein the cation of emulsifier is at the interface with bitumen particle. These are manufactured in compliance with international standards (IS 8887) and are precisely tested prior to the dispatch. The cationic emulsions are coupled by the emulsion with positively charged particles and acidic aqueous phase. Further, these are preferred over hot applied bitumen as these proficiently fulfill technical and commercial requirement for roads. Bitumen Emulsions are appreciated owing to reliability, economy and simplicity of application. Bitumen Emulsion is applied at normal temperature without heating and remain in that state offering ample time for easy application. These are chocolate in appearance, but color changes to black when emulsion breaks. While applying emulsion, user should not heat the bitumen emulsion and simultaneously do not let it freeze. Our clients can avail these in the standard packaging of 200 kg drums and also in the their favored quantity. The emulsion is manufactured by us as per the specifications of IS 8887 the latest edition and is fluid at normal temperature without heating at normal temperature without heating. Water Proofing Compounds These compounds comes in three variants : Alprothane 2828 – It is a two pack polyurethane coating having applications in different fields. The coating formed on curing Alprothane 2828 is hard and as well flexible providing very good adhesion to the substrate. It has an excellent adhesion to various substrates viz. concrete, metal, paper, wood, textile, leather etc. The product finds applications as a primer for various coatings like polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic, etc. Its available in packing options of 1kg, 5kg and 30 kg. AquaCease 1416 - Its a specifically formulated acrylic emulsion to be used with cement/ cement mixtures to provide waterproofing to the structures which improves the performance of cement in plasters, mortar, concrete etc. in terms of water proofing, repair, bonding, setting etc. The mixing ration is 2 parts of cement followed by one part of Aqua cease 1416. AquaCease 1530 - A water based acrylic coating for water proofing of structures. It only allows water vapours to pass through is, whereas water is completely prohibited. Lycracoat A superior high build polymer waterproofing and anticorrosive paint for interiors & exteriors and protecting metals LYCRACOAT is a high molecular weight polymer paint based on sophisticated imported synthetic rubbers blended into an advanced formulation for the best properties related to waterproofing, anti corrosion and resistance to all weathering factors such as U. V. rays in Sunlight, Ozone, Acid rain, Polluted Atmospheres etc. It has been used in all types of climate ranging from freezing Himalayan to the hottest tropical conditions, with outstanding success.Almost all buildings eventually develop hollow areas in their external walls. Acidic rain water falling through polluted atmospheres, is absorbed by porous mortar which allows water to flow throughout buildings, causing damage to internal paint, plaster and furnishings and resulting in external plaster exposing the surface to further serious rain water leakage. Water entering the structural members (beams, columns and slabs) corrodes the Steel Reinforcement bars and permanently weakens the whole structure, which is a serious matter. LYCRACOAT is highly water repellent and, once applied, will last for many years, saving a lot of money on frequent repainting. It gives a "New Look", year after year, when the surface dust is washed off by the monsoon rains. LYCRACOAT is the only waterproofing paint which can be used even on China Mozaic surfaces, because of its high adhesion and long life. LYCRACOAT will generally outlast the life of any Koba, Plaster or China Mozaic on which it is applied, provided it is not abused in any way. LYCRACOAT is highly resistant to erosion by wind, and rainwater and has been known to last on walls, parapets and chajjas for as long as 10 years or more. ANTI CORROSION: LYCRACOAT is highly anti-corrosive, when applied on Iron, Steel or other metals, even in very corrosive environments. It is very popular for use in Battery Charging Installations, Chemical and Fertilizer Plants, Railways, Steel Structures, Pipe Lines, Towers, Ducts, Vents etc. for this application. COVERAGE: Approximately 80 to 100 sq. ft. per lit. per coat, depending on surface smoothness and type of substrate. Generally, two coats are recommended. The thickness of each coat would be about 100 microns. LYCRACOAT should not diluted with kerosene or mineral turpentine. Although no diluted or thinner is necessary, it can be diluted with our special thinner, only if desired. LYCRACOAT will be touch dry in 2 hours and fully dry in 4 to 8 hours. LYCRACOAT does not peel off the substrate. It seals fine cracks in substrates by bridging over. No primer is necessary. LYCRACOAT is highly versatile and can be applied with brush or roller, and is ready to use. LYCRACOAT gives an unusually thick film of 100 Microns per coat, typically, even on vertical surfaces. It withstands impact, abrasion repeated temperature cycling variations, expansion and contraction and periodic washing. LYCRACOAT contains a highly penetrating vehicle which provides excellent adhesion, and prevents peeling or cracking.
